Shift and tilt adapters

Have contemplated moving to large-format photography specifically for movements in cameras. I have gone to the conclusion that large-format photography is not for me because it would be exclusively tedious and it difficult for me to operate the camera. I would still love to use movements with my cameras. I seem to remember reading about some type of adapters that I can fit on the camera to which I can connect the lenses. This adapter had to shift and tilt movements.
Are there shift and tilt adapters available for Mamiya RB67?
Thanks,
