What about of axis results?

Altough the discussion is a little bit academic to me, as I'll probably never will have another 35 kBucks to spend on MF-digital, I did find it very enlightening. I feel that a couple of issues which are not discussed:

The image details that are shown and discussed are very close to the center. One of the reasons Michael was dissatisfied with Canon 1DsII was that Canons wide angle lenses don't really work that well. If you look at lenses in general and retrofocus wide angle lenses in special there is a significant loss of MTF of axis. So a test with wider angles and analysing sharpness over a wider area would be of significant interest.

I did order the DVD (or was it a CD?). When I get it I'll see what I can find out.

I also feel that one of the most interesting conclusions is that MF zooms perform very well today. From what I have seen from MTF-curves (Rodenstock, Hasselblad and Photodo) I would assume that the Rodenstock HR lenses would be superior to the other lenses but it is less than obvious from the test that this is really the case.

One final question: Does the P45-back has an antialiasing filter?
