Hassy H2 battery issue

I just got a Hassy H2 system and have been trying it out with my Aptus 65 back.  I initially used the  non charge batteries that came with the camera.  However after about 10 shots the batteries died. So i charged the battery grip. The battery grip gives me about 10 to 20 shots and then the low battery magazine indicator comes on and the camera of course will not fire.

  I have followed the instructions on charging.  THe interesting thing is that when go to charge, the indicator light stating charge is complete comes on in a few minutes.   I am not sure if you have any ideas but clearly something is not right. I am not sure if it is the grip, charger or camera.

Is the charger light blinking or solid red? Solid red means charging.

No it was slow blinking meaning charged

When it happened again last night, I turned the camera off and the back off and then back on.. It starting shooting again.  So i believe it is a software issue.

this is what you do!
attach a fully charged battery to the camera.
turn the camera on
and then press the flash and menu button on the grip at the same time
you should hear a couple of beebs and that means tour memory in your batterry is set to full

I do it every now and then just to make sure, I do not get stuck without power.
but I am not sure if it is done once it's done for always.

Well i still get the low battery indicator but all i push is the flash button and it seems to operate. There has never been an issue with the battery actually being discharged. M

Have you tried contacting Hasselblad for help? What was their suggestion?

Which camera firmware is installed?  9.1.2 is the latest and supposedly addresses this problem.

So the error message I get is low magazine battery, which i guess is a separate issue from low battery (via the grip).  I was told by Hasselblad that they have seen alot of this with leaf digital backs.  This is not a major problem now since all i have to push is the flash button to get the error sign removed and the camera will then function.

I am having more of an issue with the LEAF back sometimes not booting up when i turn on the power.  I thought it was resolved but I guess not.  Leaf has offered to take a look at it and if it continues I will likely send it in end of next week for evaluation.  Mark
