What do you think??
There are quite many picture posts online where more or less advanced photographers put their piece of work out for public review and discussion.
What I learned there was that many "advanced" photographers put subtle frames around their pictures with - as far as I am concerned - quite viewable success.
On the other hand, when I look on real "art" photographers websites (for instance this here, luminous landscape), mostly no frame around the picture will apear, the picture is left just to speak by itself with no other surrounding than most often a black website background.
What is the better way in your opinion - leaving the picture alone or give it a frame to take effect.

I think the main issue with posting an image in forums is that most forums have light or white background. Putting even a small dark border around an image helps counteract this.
