Jonathan, I like it. Graphic, simple, clean. I'd like to see it in grainy B&W.
Wow, OK, now I see the meat of the matter, on my third look! Ups the emotional impact immeasurably. Well seen.
Stay safe, and thank you again for your service to our country.

I like shots like this that make you look twice to figure out what's going on. (or in my case, 3 times

Nice tight shot; I like it.... particularly the reflection in the window. Mike.
P.S. Not related to photography: The symbol in the photograph is actually an ancient symbol used by many cultures (including the Greeks, Romans, Hopi, Christians, Persians,Buddhists, Mayans, Aztecs... even the ancient Jewish culture) to represent prosperity and good fortunre. Maybe that's why Hitler 'borrowed' it. There's a town in northern Ontario called 'Swastika'; during WW II the Canadian gov't wanted to change the name to something else but the province won out and the town still keeps its name.

I guess as a Jew I'm rather sensitive to them, it jumped out at me immediately.
Where are you based Jonathan? Did you get to Iraq in the end? Hope everything is going OK for you whereever you are.

I'm currently in the vicinity of Ramadi, Iraq--close enough to hear (and feel) car bombs going off, but so far I haven't had any close encounters with death. You can read more about my adventures in Iraq here. I'm doing well.
