i was so much looking forward to canon updating their top 50mm lens, as i am not really happy with my 1.4 and this is my favourite focal length. but michael didn't seem too excited about it and, which really puzzled me, the canon rep at photokina told me it wasn't too great. anyone using it already? is it available?
