Most likely you are using a proxy server, which has a problem with this particular page. Perhaps the stored copy has gone corrupt?
If you have a proxy set manually, try to remove it from the browser setting. If you are able to control the proxy, try to flush the cache. If you are automatically redirected to a proxy server beyond your control, there is nothing much to do except wait until the proxy flushes the page by itself...

Well, I do have satellite broadband which uses a proxy server, but beyond that I'm in over my head. Since you seem to think it will eventually sort itself out, I'll try to ignore.
