Michael I hope it's OK to post it here...

Dear LLers,

David Toase, a Leaf user from UK, had most of his photographic gear stolen in early November.

Attached is a complete list of the gear, at the top you will see the Leaf items. If anyone happens to bump into any of these or sees a cheap eBay sale or whatever, please contact David ASAP on or myself on

There was a large quantity of dodgy looking Hasselblad gear, including HI stuff and digital backs, on UK eBay just this week, with bizzare "Buy it now" prices of 700 apiece.  No bidders, apparently.  May be worth keeping an eye on the listings, if not already doing so.

I'm glad toinform that after more than 4 months, the police has recovered the Valeo back, H camera and lenses. A few other items are missing but the camera, back and lenses are all safe.
