I can't remember if I've drawn anyones attention to these two sites before, but both, in their quite different ways, strike me as worthy of second looks: http://www.eoloperfido.comhttp://www.chipforelli.comHope I didn't waste your time! Ciao - Rob C [a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=92683\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a] Thanks for the lead - such art gets the wheels churning. I find these inspirational.

Glad you got something out of the sites - inspirational without a doubt, but also a little daunting in the case of the Chip Forelli one: to make something simple say so much is quite a hard act to follow.
On the other hand, it did spur me out and about with the resulting shots which, elsewhere on the LuLa, gave rise to my focus assist question. Well, with or without assist, the shots look beautiful on the monitor, so well worth it, even if my subjects demanded colour in contrast to my preferred b/white mode of thinking.
That's the easy bit: next, the prints...
Ciao - Rob C

[{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a]Glad you enjoyed the pics, there are so many sites that I like, so many times that I´ve been lifted to the skies and dashed back down to Earth when I think of my own meagre contribution to the world of images. Someone whose work I like very much - he´s left us for that big landscape over yonder - is Michael Buselle. He´s at www.michael-buselle.com/ShowPictures.aspx?Cat ID=573 Another artist/photographer with a great eye, and still very much of this world, is Keith Laban at: [a href=\"http://www.keithlaban.co.uk]http://www.keithlaban.co.uk[/url] Ciao - Rob C

One might say Rob that your "meager contribution" has just been expanded greatly by sharing with others....
One might also say that if you are able to see the beauty in these other folks works then clearly you have "the eye" and likely have the pictures to prove it...whether yet taken or not.....
thanks for sharing

Hope I didn't waste your time!
[a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=92683\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a] Not at all - wonderful photography to watch! On Chip Forelli's site, after clicking the slideshow play button, right click and pick zoom in. The images will be comfortably larger. Andy

Jorge Thanks for the link, there are some beautiful shots there to enjoy. I wish that some of those sights were more available to me here in the Mediterranean! Gracias - Rob C

Thank´s Neil, Chucks site is new to me. On a fast viewing, what comes over first is a refined sense of shape. Again, thanks for the link. Rob C
