Overall, well done. The only possible criticism is that you might have gotten the focus just a teeny bit in front of the eyes on the rght-hand image, but it's hard to tell with a web-sized JPEG. It may just be a little less sharpened than the other. But you got good expressions and poses, the white balance is just a tiny bit warm (which is generally flattering to Caucasian skin), composition is good, and focus is good also, at least on the left-hand one. I like the left-hand one the best, but neither of them suck. I've seen much worse professional work.
