ISO: 800
Focal Length: 35mm

Why on earth are you shooting 1/3200 and ISO 800? That's crazy. ISO 100, 1/400 would make far more sense, as your scene is not moving anywhere near fast enough to warrant 1/3200. ISO 100, 1/125, f/8 would give you the same overall exposure, more DOF, and far less noise/grain.

I agree with Jonathan.
One more thing, have you considered cropping the image?
I would crop off a piece on the right side but maybe leave the people in the picture. Then I'd take away a bit on the left side as well. I would also reformat the image to a 4x5 or 5x5 format. The persons are so small nobody will notice.
With the "lens correction" tool of photoshop, you might even be able to stress symmetries in the picture (bring the persons on the same level as the wooden stairs etc) without affecting the horizon.
Just an idea.
