Which 19" monitor?

Hi guys,

I am looking to buy 3 x 19" monitors.  I would like reasonably good ones but don't want to break the bank.

I am looking at these 2 and wondered if anyone had an opinion or could suggest better ones for the money.  Are the Dell ones worth paying an extra £50? I've seen the Neovo ones and have been really impressed with the quality but would like someone else's opinion.
