Bought LR video tutorial. Can't download

I bought the LR video tutorial and got a confirmation email for the transaction.
When I pressed the button for download at the purchase confirmation page I was rerouted to the login page!
Now after I logged in again I can't find the download page for the first introduction file which should be available. Whatever links I follow I always end up at the ordering page.
Could someone please tell me how to get to the download page. I don't want to wait until Michael is back from the Arctics (another two weeks I believe).

Log in to the store, and then go to your "My Account" page, it should list all your purchases, when you open the page for that purchase all your download links should show up there.

If that doesn't work drop a line to customer support and they should be able to fix you up.

Customer service sorted it out.
What happend was that the transaction went through but did not reach the download server for some reason.
