I ordered 2 WhiBal cards almost 2 months ago and nothing and no acknowledgement. Sent emails and no basic courtesy from Michael of even replying or acknowledging. I'm beginning to wonder whether there have been issues with this product.

Really disappointed as there is absolute silence. I had to ride on someone else's thread and subsequent emails have drawn a blank.

Return Policy

Unopened and unused product may be returned in original packaging and
condition for a full refund less shipping charges within 15 days of
receipt. All returns will be inspected to ensure that the return
conditions have been met. The results of the inspection are at the
sole descretion of PictureFlow LLC. If conditions are not met the
return may not be accepted or a restocking charge may be applied.
Defective equipment will be replaced, for a period within 30 days of
shipping from PictureFlow LLC, assumming it is returned with all
packaging intact.
All returns must be marketed with an RMA# obtained by sending an

Some screw up with using non-US cc. Issue has been resolved now, though many replies were ignored until yesterday.
