Can't Download Lightroom Tutorial

When I click the download (or save) button to get any of the Lightroom file downloads the window disappears and I get download status.  After doing this 3 times on one of the videos it appears that I have no attempts left despite not getting any videos.

Using Vista with IE7.

I’m not sure if this is still a relevant issue, but in the first few days after being announced, Adobe was having problems with Lightroom for Macintosh. The Mac version was not available. The work-around was to download the trial version and use the serial number which made everything okay. That is what I ended up doing and it is working fine – so far.
