Hey!
I'm happy 1-day user of Epson PRO 3800.
It is easy to find information:
---------
Epson PrintJob information system
• Built-in printer memory automatically tracks key print job statistics, such as ink and media usage, remaining media, data file and user names, print times and more
• Makes it easy to download reports from printer memory or print them
---------
Anyone of you know how to download these data to PC?

Yes. First, install the LFP Remote Panel if you haven't already. This comes with the 3800 installation or can be downloaded from the epson support site. Next, open the LFP Remote Panel and start the Printer Watcher. The Printer Watcher has a job history option. Make sure it's enabled. Then using Printer Watcher, you can grab the job history as a .csv file (which you can then open in, say, Excel).
