I just recently acquired a Z3100 printer and now must sell my 130NR.
It is 2 years old and has had relatively light use. I can send the
status page to anyone who asks. The printer comes with the following
assortment of paper:
1 Complete roll of Premium Plus Satin
3 Partial rolls (50-70% left) of Premium Plus Satin
2 Partial rolls (50-70% left) of Premium Plus Glossy
1 Complete box of Premium Plus Glossy 8.5x11 50 sht
1 partial box (70% left) of Premium Plus Satin 8.5x11 50 sht
1 partial box of Ilford Classic Pearl 8.5x11 25 sht
1 partial box of Ilford Classic Glossy 8.5x11 25 sht
1 complete box of National Geographic Glossy (same as Ilford) 8.5x11
25 sht
1 Partial roll (70% left) Breathing Color Swellable Polymer Canvas
Glossy 24"x15'
1 complete roll Breathing Color Swellable Polymer Canvas Matte
24"x15'
1 complete roll Breathing Color Swellable Polymer 100% Cotton Canvas
Matte 24"x15'
All paper comes with custom profiles created by me using ProfileMaker
Pro 5
I am asking $1500+shipping. I may consider selling the paper
seperately (profiles will be included)
thanks
Jim

Hello,
I was just wondering why you are getting rid of this. Do you find the results acceptable/good? Also, how much ink would come with the printer?
thanks,
Eli

Eli:
It was a tough call. 90% of what I print is color photographs on the satin paper. My artistic side really wanted to investigate printing on fine art papers. Being a dye printer the life expectancy is rather short unless you spray with Premier Printshield or something similar. Hahnemuhle Photo Rag is the matte paper that works best with this printer.
I have been a color darkroom printer for 20 years. The 130 is the first printer that I have found that makes satin and glossy prints that equal what I was printing in my darkroom. It was a huge improvement over my Epson 2200 printer. No bronzing and almost no gloss differential. There is some very subtle GD in the darkest shadows. But you really have to hold the print an unrealistic viewing angle to see it.
I just loaded some new ink. I don't recall the exact combination but 3 of the inks are at 75% full and 3 are just under 100% full.
hope this helps
Jim
