Fuji RAF (RAW) to DNG Conversion

Hi, new to forum but in need of any answers regarding possible loss of highlight information from the amazing Fuji S3 Pro RAW files when converting with Adobe DNG Convertor.
No problems with my Nikon D2x but concerned that the file size as a DNG is half that of the RAF original. Is this at the expense of the additional 6 million highlight pixels input?
Does anyone know?
Thanks.
