i have two Comet 2400 244x(i think thats the correct name) packs with two fan heads and 3 non fan heads, everything works great but definitely is cosmetically scarred. I have used these lights for 5 years and they are the best. you can dial the power down way lower than most 2400 packs. One pack was just overhauled by whoever samys camera in LA uses. The strobe heads show lots of wear but work great. The kit comes with synch cords, reflector heads, cases fopr the packs. There is also a couple extension cables for the heads. $3500 firm. i am located in San Luis Obispo, CA

You may want to give Ebay a try.  Noticed that a lot of Comet gear sells in the 900 to 1000 dollar range.  A 2400 sold with two heads for $1080 this past week.  Others have purchased a 2400 with heads, cables, grids and reflectors for about $900.

wow thats really low, I think I would just keep them if I couldnt get at least $3000 for the whole kit. thanks for the info. so any interested buyers; my new price is $3000, this is definiteley worth it since you get so much stuff and that one 24oo pk was just overhauled!
