I'm planning a trek in Bhutan for Spring '08 and I want to know if anyone here has been there.  By all accounts it is a spectacular country, and my girlfriend and I are planning to do a 10 day trek with 3 to 4 days in towns on either end of it.

For those who have been: what are the must-see areas? Which tour company did you use (I'm looking at Blue Poppy Tours & Treks). Any advice or warnings?
