Can't Download LLVJ 16 California Segment

Edit: Never mind. I apparently can't follow clearly stated directions :-)

I purchased the LLVJ 16 download when if first came out, but before the California segment was available. Now that the California segment is available, I can't see how to download it. I've gone to my account and there are no options listed for downloading previously ordered products (which is what the "What's New" announcement said to look for).

How do I get my already paid-for California segment?
