After four attempts, 3 last evening, and one this (6 AM East Coast US) I was finally able to download the first file (20 minutes-High speed).
The downloaded file did not open - was corrupt.
With the world-wide popularity of this site, any time of day seems to be impossible.
This will take a few days (weeks) to work out.
