Camera to Print Softproof Print settings

The softproofing segment was great, but I do have one question about what settings you use when printing a softproof. Do you use no color management since you already have a icc profile already assigned to the image. Or do you remove the profile and print letting CS3 manage the color and then reassign the profile in the print driver.
