These photos were taken with dragged shutters, exposure from 1 to 25 seconds. The fountain photo was taken in Philadelphia with the Canon 85 1.2 at F16 @ 20 seconds. The waterfall was a daylight shot with the Canon 24MM 1.4 at F16 at 15 seconds with an 8X ND filter.

Very beautiful, though I find the first photo to be a bit overboard with the motion. It would have some detail in the river. Maybe a dual exposure since I the waterfall is nice but a higher shutter for the river.
