Most papers intended for digital printing have barrier coatings of some sort. . They all out-gas.
The problem most likely varies from one inkset to the next, but I have not seen any conparisons published. The best advise is to allow prints to stabilise as long as possible , say a week , before framing and have as much gap as possible between print and glass. There seems to be a trend around these parts towards "box" frames, with about a 2-3 cm gap between print and glass
