Hasselblad PC-Mutar

Does anyone know whether the PC-Mutar works on the CF lens adapter for the H series cameras.  The objective would be to mount a 40mm Distagon on the CF adapter.

The official word from Hasselblad is that this will not work. I did get it to work with my hasselblad H2  and leaf aptus 65.  It was quite clumsy and I do not recommend it. I tried the 40mm distagon and the image quality shifted was not so good.
