Frustration with saving images

I have folders mof family shots to which I have applied changes using camera raw in Bridge.  I want to run a batch resize action in Photoshop and save the corrected images in  new folder and display on my TV using an Apple TV device.  It seems that the new camera raw settings are inconsistently applied--sometimes yes, sometimes no.

i have a folder in which none of the changes were applied to the saved images, but they are clearly present when viewing in Bridge.

How do I get them saved as I intend.

I have tried running the action thru Automate>batch in Photoshop  and tried   the Image processor in Bridge wit the same result.
