Now we have to get someone to reskin the forum. Damn!
Michael [a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=208621\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a] Careful, Michael! Remember the chaos that ensued a while ago when you invited "improvements" to the website? I'm all for improvements, as long as: 1. They make it better (not just different or slicker), and 2. They don't take any of your or Chris's time away from doing the good stuff that we all come here for. Just my 2 cents (US, so not worth very much right now). -Eric

Make it 200 - any of the larger sizes will just look accidental on certain screen sizes

Man, tough crowd here. Anyhow, the quick and dirty way to get a "wall-to-wall" look is to make your logo image whatever size you want it to be (w/in reason), make sure it runs out to a solid patch of color on the right like it does now, and replace the background image w/ a solid tile. So, make this http://luminous-landscape.com/forum/style_.../1/tile_sub.giflook like the one attached. [attachment=7476:attachment] Now can we please go back to pixel peeping and uninformed speculation? Except you medium format guys - you can return to obsessing over beautiful women and gear I cannot afford Place your vote for the width of the forum logo It will sit flush left until a new 'skin' is designed and paid for...

I will put the logo back closer to the original ... Let's close this topic and move on

Logo looks good the way it is now. There'll be no mistaking whose forum this is. (And maybe a new skin in green/yellows will drop in some day.)

Yes skin colors green & yellow will of course improve overall look basically make it 100% perfect...
However, I thought simple original Logo with no additional design/alteration from left to right will look balanced, not cut off/etc.... but I guess short one works for now also....

That's better - good enough. Matching up the skin colours can go into the long grass.

The new logo certainly makes all these comments far more informative.

Rob C [a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=209189\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a] Of course you're a Luddite, Rob! So am I. But didn't you find it just a bit entertaining recently to see a different logo each time you logged in to the forum? Eric M.

Eric M. [a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=209217\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a] Eric - what can I say? I failed to notice a thing. That, of course, is why supermarkets keep shifting the coffee and corn flakes. Oddly, all they manage to do is to annoy me, pushing the trolley, and my wife trying to find what´s on her list. Buenas noches, fellow Luddite! Rob C
