My inital response is WOW--it really is gorgeous.  But then my eyes keep getting drawn away from the mountain and reflection to the BIG forground rocks.  While the presense of the rocks anchors the image, my preference is to have a little less anchoring and more middle and background--which I think are the subjects of the image.  So I hope I don't offend you by posting my crop.

Also, I would have increased the saturation of the sky--'tis a bit pale for as stong and gloomy as the rest of the image is.  

BTW I LOVE 'gloomy''--here's one of mine.

Compositionally I think you nailed it.  I think a little additional post-processing could make this a stellar image.  Overall, it's a bit dark.  I'd lighten it a touch, darken & saturate the sky and call it a killer photo if it were mine.  Excellent work!

I agree on the rocks being too close/big/present. But the composition is great and I like the distribution of the three vertical zones so much (mountain, reflection, rocks). As for the saturation of the sky, well, it's a matter of taste. I'm not sure it would improve the picture so much, but it's worth a try.
