Aperture 2.0 crashing on creating previews ???

Can't find anything online so I ask it here.

I have imported all my files into lightroom.
The library sits on a dedicated 1TB drive and the files are stored in their own locations on e-sata drives.

Everything works fine when I cancel the task creating previews.
When I don't do that it will create in between 5-30 previews and than crash with an unexpected error.

I installed the 2.1.1 update.
I deleted the preference file.
I started with shift.

Anyone here a suggestion ?

It's not one picture it crashes on because I see the ammount of previews that it has to make count down, but because there are still 120.000 left or so it's a bit troublesome to restart Aperture every minute (or 10-20 previews )
