Save the $2200 and spend $80 on Vuescan. You will get similar results. and upgrades for a year.

Hi,
I'm contemplating getting an Epson 3200 since my Polaroid SS4000 has apparently given up the ghost.
Is it worth the extra US$200 to get the "pro" version - with the full version of Silverfast?
I'm probably going to use it most for scanning in 120 and 4x5 film, and will be working on the images in Photoshop.
Any thoughts?

I think it is also bundled with Monaco EZ color too. That makes up for the extra value.
