Keith,

 Probably because it contains both the 32 bit and 64 bit programs for PC. I believe on a Mac there is just a switch to go to 64 bit.

 Just a guess.

and just in case anyone at Adobe reads this, making the Keyword entry point stick on screen while scrolling keywords would be nicer

Seriously....if they (Adobe) had good implementations of the above 4 features that would be worth a $99 upgrade to me.
