How to remove Sensor Dust on video

I'm just back from a shoot and discovered on some of the clips very obvious sensor dust (filmed with a 5dmk2). I'm new to video, therefore I dare to ask if there is in some of those video cutting programs (final cut pro, final cut express ...) something like a clone tool (working with Apple)?
Thanks for your help
