Enjoy!  I need to get a real macro lens ... in the meantime, I am shooting the Nikon 70-200VR with a 1.7x TC and a Canon 500D diopter.

All shot with a tripod and a D700 with shutter speeds of 1/8 - 1/20th at f18 or f20 and ISO 1250.

Very nice to look at Jeremy, especially the detail and composition in last one.  I wonder if it's also the case that the eye spends more time on images with horizontal variety, instead of verticals.  I seem to like those more.

"All shot with a tripod and a D700 with shutter speeds of 1/8 - 1/20th at f18 or f20 and ISO 1250." - I don't think you were using the overcast skies for light?

I was ... just natural ambient light from overcast skies.

Very nice. They have an ethereal quality that draws you in. A combination of close-up and sensual texture with all the water and droplets.
