what advantage is the AF Model over the 6008 integral if auto focus lenses are not used. I am interested inn your equipment but money is tight and I must be judicious with what I spend. I can be reached at 248-541-4450. I am in Michigan. call until 9 pm your time any night to discuss purchase of some of your equipment--eugene

Hi Eugene,
I'll try and give you a ring sometime in the next few days but will answer your question here too. Besides the AF - I don't think there's a huge difference between the 6008 integral 2 and the 6008 AF other than better TTL flash metering and the focus confirmation which works with all lenses not just the AF versions. There maybe more differences between the integral 1 and integral 2. Also I think that you may not be able to use the phase p20 back with cameras other than the 6008 AF but not sure. Certainly you can use other digital backs with the integral2 and even 6003 pro cameras since they all have the removable film gates. In all my gear, all 13 rollei lenses, only 2 are AF - the 80pqs and the 60-140pqs - so I don't really use AF much either, but I definitely use the focus confirmation which is very accurate.
Regards, Eric

Eric,
I could use two very small items if you happen to have them, a rear lens cap and an extra body cap for the 6000 series.
best wishes, Neil Folberg

Hi Neil, I know I have an extra rear lens cap and an extra front body cover plate that goes where the lens would. Is that what you meant? Eric btw - I've still got and am using the 6008AF body I bought from you last year.

Eric,
Do you still have the 2.0 Xenotar? I've been looking for a 2.8 but haven't found one available. So I might decide to go with a 2.0 at least for a while.

Will trade for a nice TLR too! Dear Eric - DO you have the 120mm or 80 mm lens still for sale? - I presume they will fit onto the Hy6 system. If they are for sale - what is the price? Nic
