I like it very much and for me the well illuminated clouds remind me of the light at the end of a tunnel. Without it, the photo would be gloomy. The lights on the horizon don't bother me, at least with the small size JPEG image. On a large print, it might be different.

Very good; I like the rule-breaking composition, and how you direct the view towards a corner, but maintain it balanced.
