Hello everybody! This is my first post here and while I love reading all areas of this site, I really wanted to say that I am absolutely loving this thread. There are some very talented artists posting some amazing images here. I would like to thank you all for sharing your work as it provides me a level of both technical and artistic quality to aspire to.
Here is a recent image that I feel has a lot of potential. For this particular shot I took it wide open hoping that vignetting would help frame the milky way as it explodes behind the tree.
