Help Connecting Canon 5DMkII to DVD player

I am trying to connect a 5DMkII to a DVD player so the player becomes the monitor.  The cord that comes with the camera is  a 3.5 mini plug going into the camera, and three RCA plugs to go into a TV.  Unfortunately, the Sony DVD player also needs a 3.5 inch plug as well.

Has anyone tried this and found a source for a cord?

I believe there is a Sony cable that has the mini on one end for the device and three RCA females for the inputs.  I used to have one for a Sony portable 4" tv.  Though, I think it was not a standard mini jack, but a special Sony plug that looked similar.

Allen, can you be more specific about the inputs needed by the DVD player? Does it accept any RCA inputs? Does it need a mini-plug for just audio or audio and video combined?
