That is one lovely shot - puts the rest of the Gomera stuff to date (my opinion only!) into the closet. Great and unusual framing of the final image and very interesting play on perspectives, particularly as the palms do not reveal their bases; raises all sorts of subliminal thoughts, even as to the title. A visual example of cutting to the chase. Love it!

Michael is on a roll... I like the timing of the shot where the light upon the water in the foreground helps in bringing contrast to the palms. Beautiful.

A perfect example of a non-conservative composition and clever use of image croping. Very well done!
