How to load a curve preset in CS4

Hi, In the past there was a load button in the curves window, now its missing in CS4, is there a another way to load a preset in curves?

Yes, there is tiny horizontal tick mark in the upper right hand corner of the curves adjustment panel, if you left click and hold you'll see the drop down.
