When using the retouching brush on an enlarged image in ACR 6.1, I can scroll up and down with the PgUp/Dn keys, but Ctrl+PgUP/Dn scrolls up and down, not side to side.  Works as it should in CS5, though.

Try continuing to use the Page Down key, it'll auto move back up to the top of the next column and continue paging down.
