z3100 win7 drivers

anyone know when the z3100 win7 drivers are coming out? i thought hp said by may we would have them. is it possible hp won't bother at all?

Buried in here somewhere is a method of using the Vista 64B driver.  It was a a while ago but I was able to get mine working.

"I'm using win 7 64bit. I couldn't get the z3100  drivers to install via the install script ... but ... unpacking them then using the windows 'add a printer' and pointing to the install files worked perfectly :-)
HP preview and APS doesn't work but the driver works.

I looked at the HP site, and this page shows a Win7 64bit driver:

Can this be? The date is May 11, 2010. Has anyone downloaded and installed this on a Win7 64bit machine?

If you look a bit closer, you will notice this is the "Utility" and not the driver!

So, we continue to wait... Has anyone heard of any beta testing going on with the new driver?

Still have a couple of weeks left in June, maybe it will be there by the 4th of July! Printer drivers typically are not beta tested.

That link is to the Z3200 driver, we're all looking for the Z3100 driver.
