Caputure one and Olympus Raw files - question

I have dabbled in a lot of raw processors over the past few years, and currently have Lightroom 3.0 and Capture One 5.0.
When loading both the Jpeg and the .Org Olympus raw file into Capture One, there is a distinct difference. Olympus does in camera correction for lens distortions for it Micro Four Thirds Lenses. It puts those corrections in both the Jpeg and the Raw file but while the Jpeg looks incredible in Capture One, it seems that it does not look at any of those corrections in the raw file. So a picture of a door way which is bowed outward in the raw file is perfectly corrected in the Jpeg.
It was my understanding that Capture One one handle the raw data correction.
Putting the same two files into Lightroom 3.0, they both come out distortion free.
Any ideas on this.
Thanks,
Elliot
