I just grabbed 26 LuLa LR3 TT .zips in 2 hours and 18 minutes.  Nice work speeding up the connection.  Wasn't painful at all this time.

Actually not much has changed in the past year.
Bandwidth availability may have more to do with this Tutorial being published in increments - thus spreading the load and avoiding the feeding frenzy of the first few days of a new publication.

It works a charm for me. I generally wait a couple of days before downloading, and then the biggest file takes about 4 minutes to download (on a fairly speedy fiber optic DSL line).
