I wonder If anyone does this for inkjet prints. I couldn't find any info for RGB. I understand that it is not very useful, but I would like to include a little control strip on the side of some of my prints that I can visually verify against, lets say a Kodak Q13 or what ever.

Its useful. Its doable too. You can roll your own (build your own target). Do you have a Spectrophotometer to read this in? And how do you want to trend all this. You could also use something like Chromix’s Maxwell.
If you have ColorThink, you can build your own reference files from targets you build, use it to do the deltaE analysis (expected versus measured color). So yes, there are options but you need to define just what you hope to accomplish here.

I do not have a spectrophotometer at hand. I thought that a visual check against a any kind of Kodak Q13 or Colorchecker, would already be better than nothing. I would simply like to have a physical double check on the print.
