I guess you're waiting for some comment here - so here goes.
To be frank the image doesn't work for me. First, the light is unsatisfying - bottom 3/4's in shade the top in washed out sunshine. It does no favours at all to the subject - which doesn't really jump off the screen either. There are lots of elements - the moving water, the textured rock, the compositional lines - but for me they just don't gel into an image that grabs me.
I've checked out your web site as well and can see that you're well into experimenting with different tecniques. That's great - keep it up.
Find images you like, then work out how to imitate them , it's called practice - and practice makes perfect, eventually, sometimes!
Eventually you will probably find your own style - in the meantime have fun!
BTW I do like Landscape image No. 2, the Llandudno Pier. Suits my sensibilities.
