It's nice to read a piece here that stresses the motivations and feelings that inspire a photographer instead of pixels and equipment.

Another "thank you" for your great article!  I especially enjoy the articles here on LuLa that are about the photos and the experience rather than about the gear.  I have visited Yosemite at least once a year for the last many years (living just a few hours away), and love it dearly.  You have captured some wonderful images of it, and not just the standard "postcards".
