Can someone please tell me the shortcut to reset the sliders back to their original positions when you first open an image in camera raw?
Thanks

When you first open an image, the sliders are in their original position. Can you clarify what you meant? Generally, when you double click on a slider, it will go back to its default position.

The question is, reset to what? The original Camera Raw defaults or a default you may have built?

Once the ACR dialog is open, you can hold down the Option (I suspect Alt on PC) and the Cancel button will toggle to reset.

If you want to go back to the original ACR defaults, click on the menu item next to Basic, select “Reset Camera Raw Defaults”.

Here's an attempt at being more clear.  When I open an image, mess around with the sliders and then decide that I want to revert back to the original image when I first opened it....Is there a keyboard shortcut to do this?  When I open an image in photoshop the first thing I usually do is to take a snapshot so I can toggle back and forth between the original un molested image.  Is there something akin to this in RAW?
Thanks for all of your input.

Yes! hold down the Option (I suspect Alt on PC) and the Cancel button will toggle to reset.

Additionally, from the drop down menu at the top right you can select "Image Settings" which will give you the same thing. Other choices include "Camera Raw Defaults", "Previous Conversion", as well as any presets you've defined.
