Z3100 and Qimage and multiple borderless prints

I have previously asked about this but still can't seem to get it right. Trying to accomplish the following. Print 3 8x10's across on a 24" roll, with no borders anywhere that when all 3 are cut up they actually are full size 8x10's. Also do not want the z3100 to do a 3" waste cut after 8x10's are printed. I am printing on a lustre paper.

I have the following settings in the z3100 driver.
1. Page size is 24x 8.31 (this prevents the 3" waste cut)
2. Gloss enhancer on economode.
3. In margins I am not sure which borderless option to select. Automatically by printer, or Manually in application?

In Qimage do I allow overspray?
I am also selecting optimal placement.
