I have had it with 1and1, their service is going downhill and now they have managed to get their email server put on some spam list so my outgoing emails are rejected by some recipient servers. Can someone suggest a reliable and inexpensive ISP for my 5 websites? Thanks.

www.namecheap.com

I've had 2 VPS and 1 business hosting accounts with them since they started offering hosting can't say enough good things about them and their support.
What ever host you choose, stay away from Godaddy's hosting, their control panels are weird and although my sites were hosted in Europe (im from Croatia) they were painfully slow loading...

I had 1and1, and they put me in collections for $20 that I owed them supposedly.
There are three good shared hosting services.

Hostgator.com
justhost.com
bluehost.com
